I wouldn’t go as far as saying that I’m a cooking mogul or anything but cooking and baking have definitely become a new hobby of mine since being in Quarantine. Trying new recipes has been the highlight of my weeks for the past two months. I haven’t followed so many new cooking blogs, watched probably every Bon Appetite video on youtube, and have fallen into a hole of IGTV videos of recipes. I am totally not mad about it.
Today I am sharing a few women who have been inspiring my cooking habits and some recipes that are on the menu to try.
Anna Jepson, from The Feministe has been on the top of my radar with her incredible recipes. Everything she makes looks magically delicious but she has a segment that has especially stole my heart called Pizza Fridays. I have yet to tackle the task of making homemade pizza but I’m gonna and will be following on of Anna’s recipes.
Can you even blame me for wanting to make these? Sasha from Whattt The Health has stolen my heart with all of her healthy meals, treats, and desserts. She has been one of the incredible women who has helped me fall more in love with health and wellness. These banana oat breakfast bars and just calling my name.
Everything that Nicole cooks is green goodness that I always have to try. She makes eating clean look SO easy. One of my favorite things I have learned from following Nicole is her BGS (big green smoothie) recipe. I am not a smoothie girl, I have never woken up and craved a smoothie for breakfast, but after trying Nicoles BGS my heart and taste bud craves them!
There are so many more woman I am inspired by but these three have been inspiring me every single day. I wake up and look forward to consuming their content, which is not typical in our world very often.
